The activities of Swedish State Railways

The Swedish government decides regarding prerequisites for an individual authority or a government agency, such as Swedish State Railways. This is carried out through instructions and other separate decisions. According to the regulatory document, Swedish State Railways have three branches of activity:

• Phasing out of activities
• Management of leasing and leasehold commitments
• Management of railway vehicles
